Ken Anderson is the Director of Corporate Services & General Counsel for the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario. Ken has also held positions as the Assistant Commissioner (Access) and the Director of Appeals at the IPC.
Prior to joining the IPC, Ken was the Commissioner of Legal Services and Corporate Counsel for the Regional Municipality of Hamilton-Wentworth. In a previous position as the Commissioner of Legal Services at the Regional Municipality of Halton, Ken headed a combined Law Department, Clerk's Office and Property Services Division.
Ken holds degrees in both business administration and law from the University of Western Ontario. He was called to the Bar in 1977.
